REFEREE REQUEST FORM

Please complete the form below for games or trainings not on the official Auckland Rugby draw where a referee is required. 

This form must be completed at least 7 days prior to the game/training to give us the best opportunity to find you a referee. While we endeavour to fill every request, please be aware that in some cases we may not be able to fulfill your request.
